Where do I get a STATE Fishing license?

A Pennsylvania fishing license is required for anyone aged 16 years or older. In addition, a current Pennsylvania Trout Permit is required to fish for trout in Pennsylvania waters and all anglers fishing Pennsylvania waters of Lake Erie, Presque Isle Bay and their tributaries are required to possess a valid Lake Erie Permit or Combination Trout/Lake Erie Permit.
